Headquartered in Germany, ME has consulted internationally for 30 years. Because we are independently owned, we must answer only to ourselves and our clients. ME is owned and managed by 19 active consultants who, as partners and entrepreneurs, make all important strategic and operating decisions together. This high degree of personal responsibility and continuity of the partnership are two reasons why we can look back on years of cooperation with our clients.

Consulting means change - this is true for our clients as well as for us. ME consultants work constantly to improve their individual area of competence and to broaden their understanding of the methods and tools within their consulting profession. We introduced an internal program of knowledge management years ago, holding regular knowledge exchange meetings to ensure that our entire company reaps the benefit of gains in personal knowledge and to bolster our Intellectual Capital.
