We are experts in lean management, and we know how to achieve entrepreneurial goals efficiently. As pragmatists, we know: a stable increase in profitability must be based on continuous development of the operative business and conceptual extension of the product and service portfolio. Our consulting, therefore, comprises all levels of operational practice: from strategy orientation via portfolio management and corporate finance right through to operations.
As strategy and process consultants we work for well-known companies – from globally oriented medium-sized enterprises to leading global groups. Three-quarters of our clients come from the manufacturing industry. Therefore, the majority of our consultants have an engineering-technical education, in addition to business know-how. Without exception they are knowledgeable industry insiders – well-connected and with vast practical experience. We find most of our clients in the automotive and its supplying industries, mechanical and plant engineering, energy supplies, chemicals and life sciences, as well as in the electronics and electrical engineering industries. Financial service providers also make use of our process and organizational know-how, as do logistics and trade companies.
Our performance bond is Consulting to Completion. We not only provide productive impulses with an individual and local fit, we also make ideas work and support them to the finish. In doing so, we bank on creativity and passion as well as a culture of cooperation, in which everyone wins and in which everyone is involved – particularly the employees of our clients.
We were regarded as a Hidden Champion who sets benchmarks for the consulting business on such important criteria as know-how, experience, and implementation competence. It is with these strengths that we have achieved so much: We were named the Shooting Star of the Consulting Industry by Manager Magazin in 2009 and rank among the top ten German strategy consultants.
MANAGEMENT ENGINEERS is wholly owned by its 19 operatively responsible and active partners. Being our own shareholders, we therefore also think and act as independent entrepreneurs. With 175 employees, we have an on-site presence – with offices in Europe, North and South America, and Asia.
